Terms & conditions

Last updated 28 July 2026

1. Who you're buying from

These terms apply to purchases from buycannabisseeds.co.uk, operated by Buy Cannabis Seeds (Seed Semillia), a UK online-only seed bank trading since 2010. Contact us any time through our contact form.

2. What we sell — and what you agree

All seeds are sold strictly as collectable souvenirs and for the preservation of genetics. By ordering you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe seeds are intended for cultivation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is currently by bank transfer: we email details within 4 working hours and hold your order for 48 hours. Orders ship once payment clears.

4. Delivery

UK only. Orders are picked fresh from breeder stock (2–3 working days) then sent by tracked Royal Mail — typically 3–5 working days in total, or 3–4 with Priority. These are estimates, not guarantees; postal delays are outside our control.

5. Free seeds

You receive one free seed per £10 spent (maximum 30 per order), chosen by you at checkout from our single-seed range, subject to availability. If a chosen freebie is unavailable we'll contact you or substitute a comparable strain of equal or greater value with your agreement.

6. Cancellations and returns

Seeds are supplied in sealed breeder packaging. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a pack has been opened, because an opened pack cannot be resold and has no remaining value to us. Your statutory rights — including the 14-day cancellation right for unopened packs and your rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described — are unaffected and are set out in full in our returns & cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. We are not liable for any use of seeds contrary to these terms or to the law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
